It's close to Hanzomon station but in a quiet area. Most of the time it's a big con, but it can feel a bit uneasy to walk along a rather dark path at night. (might just be me) Overall, it's a great value hotel to stay in. I like how it's just next to the Imperial Palace and you can walk to Tokyo Station. Runners are on this route every day; it's so cool.
Wifi has been on and off at night during my stay. It happened to break down around 10pm, and back half an hour later, or just wait till next morning.

Size of room was adequate fora solo traveler. Bathroom was nice size and easily usable. Design was pleasant and a fantastic view from the 15th floor. Location to train line was very close and the Imperial Garden was just a couple blocks away. Nice quiet area. Food in restaurant was subpar. Slippers in room leave a lot to be desired. HUGE and were useless on your feet.
Location and view.

The location was great for the sites and museums
The Japanese style room was a lot smaller than expected and had a funky smell to it. Not to mention a bandaid on the wall. So cleaning was brought into question.
