Great place if you need to stay in Reykjavik with your family. Can't beat the location, it is very close to everything: few steps away from a famous bagel place and at least half a dozen of restaurants, literally across the street from the old port and bus stop #4, only few minutes away from a center city and at least 2 grocery stores. Apartment is clean and spacious for 4 people and has all the essentials including full kitchen and washing machine. One thing to note: hot water has a pretty strong sulfur smell (it seems to be the case in many places in Reykjavik). Didn't bother me much but my wife and daughter kind of hated it.
There is no designated parking lot but plenty of street parking nearby and we were mostly walking everywhere.

Apartment was vey clean, with ample storage for clothes. The location is ideal and within walking distance to most restaurants. There is an excellent self use laundry mat and pharmacy nearby. The only negative items were a washing machine/dryer that didn’t dry the clothing, and the lack of a bath Matt for the tub and face cloths. If these three items are addressed I would have given this location a five star review.

Clean and well equipped appartment. Space for 3 - 4 adults. Very close to the city and harbour, all in short walking distance. Free parking lots in appr. 5-7 mins walking distance.
