Perfect location especially with it being right by the bus station. The hosts were lovely and super quick at replying to messages. Our room was clean, warm and spacious. I would definitely recommend.
When I booked it, it wasn’t very clear that it was a shared bathroom and kitchen. This wasn’t an issue at all, but just beware if that’s something you don’t want. Also, we were on the ground floor and the window didn’t shut fully.

Well located near the main roads and walking distance to the city center. Great breakfast service from one of our favorite bakeries in Iceland. Great staff. Questions are answered swiftly and friendly. Cozy apartment, feels like a home. Nicely decorated. Great kitchen.
Points of attention:
- you cannot control the heat centrally. So you have to turn each radiator to manage the temperature. We were here in October. The floor was very cold. Best to wear warm socks or bring some indoor footwear.
- located near the main roads, so expect some traffic sounds. Also located in front of the second largest airport in Iceland. We heard no big sounds during thr night.

I liked the location, the availability of a laundry facilities, the ease of obtaining clean towels every day, and the daily breakfast delivery. We enjoyed being close the city center, the main bus terminal, and near the hospital.
All of the batteries in the room were dead. The large clock in the kitchen didn't work, and the batteries to the television were dead. Useless. I would also provide a variety of fruit. For 10 days we received apples every morning. Sometimes the cheese and jam were included in the breakfast, sometimes it wasn't. Recommend offering pears, oranges, kiwi or other fruit for breakfast.

Good location about 15 minutes walk from the center. Parking was easy (although the accommodation misleadingly says that parking is included while it is only street parking).
Most importantly it was not clean. The shower had mold. The room was not prepared for four people as booked.

"Great location, just opposite to the beautiful and full of birds Hljómskálagarðurinn park. Also, close to downtown. The space with the trees, the grass and the flowers in front of the building was ver..."
