The hotel was excellent, 7-10 minutes from la gran via. The front desk staff was helful. I really enjoy the view from my room. My only suggestion would be to renovate the lobby/entrance, it could better decorated, but i will stay again with no problem.

The staff was consistently kind and friendly. The property was beautiful and clean. While some things could use a little updating, I believe our overall stay was pleasant and accommodating.

The very high ceilings (more than 15 feet, I think) made the room feel even larger. Nice place, everything worked with no issues. I liked the breakfast. The location worked well being within reasonable walking distance of the main art museums, in a trendy neighborhood and with a metro stop right there
