Great location, easy to walk to centre of Madrid, metro station around the corner if needed

Very comfortable room that felt more welcoming and relaxing than a generic hotel room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional location with a metro station on the doorstep, in the midst of the best part of Malasaña and a short walk from Gran Via etc.
I can't think of anything I'd change about Tribu Malasaña.

Very close proximity to the main attractions.
Comfortable beds and great staff always willing to help and recommend.
The room we had faced directly onto other windows of offices .
Dark room not enough light in bathroom for make up,
Slippery shower stall floor when showering
Also stopper for door nr toilet had to be really aware as very easy to stub toe.
Pocket door would have been more ideal.
For senior people this is not ideal but was aware of some of theses before I booked so no big deal in the long run

The staff was very kind and helpful
We travelled with a toddler and a baby and they helped us with moving up the strollers and bags and provided us with a crib when requested
Lights were a little dim, but perhaps it is part of the decor (which was very nice and cosy)
