It was relaxing to stay there. I enjoyed the fact that there was a full kitchen and dining area. I wish that we had thought to reserve a fishing boat for at least a half a day.

This was a perfect place for one person. It had everything I needed. The communication was great, the place was very clean. The only complaint is that I could hear the other guests below, or next to me. Not a huge deal, but enough to notice for sure.

What a beautiful place to get away from it all! Located at the very end of the Gunflint Trail, Sag Lodge was the perfect spot for our family of five to unplug and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Northwoods. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the stargazing was incredible! We loved the feeling of being tucked away from everything.
Our accommodations were clean, cozy, comfortable, and just the right size for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was clear that the property was thoughtfully cared for and well maintained.
There’s something really special about being at the end of the trail, surrounded by so much natural beauty and quiet. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
