The hotel was spotless and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities were great. The location is A++. Excellent access to Tokyo around the corner and a little outside of the busiest area. So much food nearby and a short walk to Shinjuku attractions. The hotel was surprisingly quiet given that it is right beside a train station. Would stay here again.
