Very clean but no staff around( no contact only on tablet when you check in and out but it’s easy to do). Place is close to shopping, food, and station. Hotel price is affordable! We had a Great stay!

Room was decent, but there was a bit of a musty smell. The property was clean. Amenities were nice. In walking distance of many shops and stores. Highly recommend for a budget short-term stay.

Clean room, very good location. It was a 2 minute walk to 7/11 and a 5 minute walk to the JR station nearby, which was perfect. Only small thing was that the shower did smell after use, but considering it was separated from the rest of the room, it was manageable. All in all Shinjuku Global Hotel was a nice budget-friendly option for a family-style room.

the self check in did not work at all, the line went down, it took us a hell of time ( about 45min ) to check in
