Great location. Easy access to bus and subway. ~45 min walk to Imperial Palace one direction and 45 min walk to TeamLabs the other direction.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Most spoke reasonable English.
Room was beautiful. Beds and pillows very comfortable! Though, the bed may be too firm for some.
