Excellent location. In the heart of Ginza with access to subway just outside main entrance.
Main entrance not covered. It was raining when we arrived and struggled with our luggage in the rain. No assistance rendered by hotel staff.

A beautiful quality hotel in a very good position in the Ginza district
The first room we had was a queen bed with bath. It was only 20m2, very compact to the point where getting into and out of the bed on one side was quite difficult. Also, very little storage so that unpacking was not really possible. Later we did stay in a corner twin room when we had to extend our stay, this room was a lot more spacious with more storage.
We had the buffet breakfast one morning, but very little western food, and don't ask for a variation of a menu item, they won't change anything.

Superb location. Extremely well connected to the subway system (there’s an entrance to a subway line right in front of the hotel front door).

Great location!
Rooms were TOO SMALL! And housekeeping didn’t do a good job cleaning the rooms. It was always too rushed.
