I have returned to this apart -hotel for several years, the rooms in the front that face the street, the "executive Suites" are fantastic. The other rooms are rather depressing. But the front on levels three, four and five are excellent. It's a quiet Street it's walkable to everything in the area, but you don't have so many flabby gringos walking around, this street doesn't have much traffic, it has trees in front of the building and your room in the front, they could use a bit more kitchen utensils. but overall I always love it. My friend had the front room in the first floor level 102 and it was cold and dark so only choose the higher levels.
