Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There was no hot water every single day of our stay, and each day we had to contact the hotel and ask someone to come turn it on for us. The issue became so frustrating that we ultimately left a day early and checked into a different hotel just so we could have reliable hot water. Despite leaving early because of this ongoing problem, the hotel did not refund us for the final night we did not stay. As a result, we ended up paying for two hotels that night. I would avoid staying here unless you are willing to risk dealing with daily hot water issues and potentially paying for another hotel on top of this one.
