Convenient location with easy access to transportation. Small but very efficient and comfortable room. Incredible shower/bath! The staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of the restaurant manager who was uncharacteristically (for the property and Japan in general) rude and curt. Besides the restaurant experience I’d very strongly recommend the property.

I stayed in a small 1 bedroom that felt a bit cramped due to more furniture than actually seemed necessary. The location is in a business district so less of a neighborhood feel and if you walk east to Shinjuku - and it’s more commercial. The restaurant next door is very delicious so great for business travelers.

I think this is a great hotel when you stay in Tokyo especially if it’s one of the first few times based off what you get and how much you pay. The only downside to this hotel was that you can tell that the headboards of the beds were getting a little old but more importantly under your bed it’s somehow Very very very dusty because the staff has never vacuumed under the bed.

Wonderful English speaking staff that went above and beyond for us. The location was perfect. The Tokyo train system was world class. If we go back to Tokyo, I would stay here again.
