We enjoyed the staff member who checked us in when we arrived. She welcomed us and spoke English with us. She provided us with a map and some helpful suggestions for places to visit, eat and transportation. I called for an extra towel to be added to the room. The staff member brought the towel plus an extra towel up to the room right away. She was very polite and spoke English with me. The staff has been very accommodating with our stay here. My family and I loved the pool. Our kids swam in the pool and we order food and drinks out there too. It was very relaxing! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
This hotel and its staff has been friendly and made us feel very comfortable. This has been an enjoyable stay.

We really liked this hotel. Rooms great, friendly staff, pool lovely and about 10 min taxi to old town. We booked The Level room and enjoyed the free drinks and snacks and late check out. At breakfast you can also order an à la carte menu item.
