The beds and pillows were excellent. We stayed in a triple room and the double/twin bed was huge. The location is great for visiting the city. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel with direct lines to most attractions. The metro station (Turia) is also within walking distance, around 8 minutes maybe. The food is the restaurant/ bar was very good too. There’s a shopping center nearby and several supermarkets in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel has excellent facilities and very friendly, polite, and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a fridge and a kettle. Housekeeping regularly replenished the bottled water, tea, and coffee. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and fresh towels and all the necessary toiletries were provided in the bathroom.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, and the staff were happy to prepare something special upon request. The location was also very convenient, close to the metro and bus stops, and within just a 20–25-minute walk of the city centre.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!
Honestly, we didn't notice any significant downsides! If we had to mention one small thing, there could be a few more power outlets in the room. We'll just bring a power strip next time!

The bed was comfortable and the room clean.
The breakfast was also good with loads of pastries and nice toasts! Coffee was also good. Good beers at the bar.
Reception staff were very friendly.
Located close to a metro station and 30 min walk to the city centre.
Efficient room service.
The room was very small for 3 people. The beds were too close to each other and there was barely any space to move around the room and put the luggage.
The bathroom light was terrible. Only two small lights above the mirror and no light on the shower. There was also no extractor in the bathroom, nor window.
Too expensive for the size of the room.

Comfortable beds and big room. Facilities in the room were nice.
Extremely slow check-in and check-out. We waited 20+mins for them to check in one group. Everything has to be filled out on paper?! Location is a bit out of the city center, you can get there by buses that run frequently but not much to eat/do around the hotel. Dodgy parking near the hotel (which you have to walk by to get to city center, better off taking the bus).
