The hotel is in a great location, approximately 15 minute walk to the town centre and Kings College,
There is parking on site, which is payable for customers who have not booked directly through hotel website. Blue Badge holders park for free. Hang onto your parking ticket, as you'll need it to exit the barrier.
All the staff were friendly and helpful and were very accommodating with installation of oxygen concentrator and tanks for my husband's use.
Our large double room was spacious and clean, although there is no AC, so it was very warm, even with the window open. We took small portable fans which helped massively during the night.
The continental breakfast is mainly bread/toast, pastries and fresh fruit, with ham and cheese.
The shower was pretty powerful and shampoo and shower gel are provided.

Our lovely room felt like a B&B. We opened the window. I don't think our room was air-conditioned. Excellent location by the river and Jesus Green, and walkable from Bridge Street. We enjoyed dinner and happy hour
