The staff was very present. They answered quickly to my messages, and checked on me to know if I arrived and got to the studio easily and safely. Also, I asked for an early check in that I really needed since I had to attend a lecture at the UniCambridge and then the official dinner, and they were so kind to let me get in one hour in advance without any problem!
The apartment is basic but you have heating, coffee, and everything is clean.
And it is well connected both to the station (15 mins by walk maximum) and Cambridge University (a bus during the day, uber at night). Exceptional quality/price ratio!
Nothing.

The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the centre but also a range of cafes, shops and restaurants directly across the road.
Could have used a full length mirror but beyond that it was everything we needed.

The best part of my stay was the bed - simply awesome! I had a fantastic sleep, and for that reason alone I loved the property.
The outside of the property was a bit scruffy (old paint dripping / peeling) so didn’t appear very welcoming from the front door

The location
The registration process, the size of the bed and the lack of body wash lotion in the bathroom
