The room was large and every nice. Clean and comfortable. We were on the 4th floor, although it was called the "second" floor. Many stairs to climb. No elevator, but that was mentioned on the website. The room received the afternoon sun so was quite hot, with a fan to circulate. The bed was large and comfy, as were the pillows.
The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh and very good. Coffee was excellent.
The only recommendation I would like to suggest is to have tissues in the room and perhaps a face cloth? We had some allergies and tissues would have been very helpful.
Also, there are several clubs and entertainment on Harcourt Rd., which goes on to the wee hours of the morning. If is it warm, and the windows need to be open, it makes for an interrupted sleep.
We did enjoy our stay, with a couple of suggestions.

But, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends.

It was a very large room with high ceilings however the weather was quite warm and there is no air conditioning. Also there is no fridge in the rooms.
The hotel is close to everything though

Our room was clean with a nice comfy bed. Contemporarily decorated. The shower/bathroom was very clean and quite spacious. Lovely big telly.
I loved the continental breakfast; the staff in attendance couldn’t do enough for you.
There were nightclubs opposite which could have been really noisy into the early hours but luckily we were at the rear of the property.
Cultural note: George Bernard Shaw lived on the street for 2 years.
