The music from the pub next door wasn’t a problem for me. And the second room we got had great windows that reduced all the noise. The amenities were good, tea bags and coffee. The staff also helped me getting around. We were in the heart of Dublin. The local bus to the airport was right in front of the hotel. I would return!!!!

The rooms were basic but clean & beds were comfy! Bathroom was recently refurbed & shower was great. Hotel was in a good location for us. If you wanted somewhere quiet this would not be the place for you! It was very noisy at night from the night club next door & the bars at the front! It didn’t bother us! The staff weren’t overly helpful which was a shame! They smiled which was good! We had a couple of queries & there was no positive suggestions or advice from them!

The Camden is centrally located, reasonably priced, and recently refurbished with a colorful movie theme. The one downside is the noise that comes from being adjacent to a music venue. The description was upfront in warning about this, so I knew what I was getting into. To the venue's credit, it appears to adhere strictly to a curfew. All of a sudden, the music and singing just stops. It's also mostly guitar vocals, so not head-banging, wall-thumping heavy metal. As a night owl, the way I chose to look at it was I got a free concert every night. If you are an early-to-bed, early-to-rise person, this hotel definitely isn't for you. If on the other hand, you plan to cruise the pubs and clubs of Dublin, this is an ideally situated place for you.
