The grounds were beautifully manicured and the rooms had personalized touches to make the stay memorable. The dining experience was some of the best food we had on the trip. Better than any restaurant and presentation was Michelin star.
There is truly no reason to leave the Masseria. Everything you want is on site.

A wonderful stay at Masseria Salinola! The suite was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is also ideal, just a short drive from Ostuni, making it easy to enjoy the town while staying in a peaceful countryside setting. Highly recommended!

Masseria Salinola was everything we hoped a stay at a family-run masseria in Puglia would be: charming, intimate and incredibly welcoming.
With only 12 rooms, there was a wonderful sense of connection here that we didn’t experience at larger hotels. We found ourselves chatting with other guests throughout our stay, which made it feel less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed into a small community.
If you stay here, you absolutely must have dinner at the masseria at least once. Dinner is served by candlelight under the trees on the patio, with fire pits glowing nearby, and the entire setting is simply stunning. It was one of those experiences where the atmosphere becomes as memorable as the meal itself.
The family-run nature of Masseria Salinola gives it a warmth and personality that is difficult to manufacture. It was charming, beautiful and genuinely special, and exactly the kind of experience we were hoping to find in Puglia. We would absolutely recommend it.
