Excellent resort style facilities including a huge beautiful pool and an XL jacuzzi. However, there was an upcharge on almost everything, late checkout, lower floors, room not facing the parking lot, room with a little balcony and no breakfast at all.
The rooms were up to date and very clean, but there were few surfaces to put your bag or travelling stuff on.
This and the 'harried' service lowers this to being more like a HOTEL, than a longer (vacation ) stay Resort.
Location excellent, short walk to Sumter Landing town square

The only issue I found with the hotel was that there was no breakfast other than that wonderful stay .
