I like the interior and rooms styled in western mode. The breakfast sandwiches in the lobby are awesome if you want a quick breakfast. It would be great to have a sidewalk that went to the Paddick Square. Walking along the road or golf cart road is not comfortable. I did not have a car and wanted to go there for dining and music.

It’s definitely a unique property as far as decor (old west theme), but the property had all the amenities required for a family reunion. The lobby bar staff was very attentive and fun, there are restaurants on site and a clean pool and workout area. Very close to all The Villages activities we had planned and a short walk / golf cart ride to the exciting Brownwood Square for nightly live music and restaurants and shops! Recommended! Also very reasonable pricing per night.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at the Brownwood Hotel!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Brownwood Hotel! The restaurant was fantastic, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm, inviting, and relaxing. But the biggest highlight was the AMAZING sheets and pillows! Seriously, some of the most comfortable bedding we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. It made for such a wonderful night’s sleep! From the beautiful atmosphere to the incredible comfort, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it!
