This is such a great location, right in the heart of London - steps from the Thames, London Eye and Westminster. The hotel itself is a good price for the location and the rooms were clean. We had a third adult sleeping on a sofa bed which saved money and was ok for the short stay. The restaurant staff were extremely accommodating and we had beautiful weather which made it fun to dine alfresco - even on a busy london street. Don't miss the graffiti tunnels right outside the back door and the street beyond which seems to sell food from every conceivable country around the world.

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of major attractions and transport. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean, and rooms were spacious and clean. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

Great views from the room. Liked option of reward for passing on daily clean of room. Breakfast good. Only downfall was the lifts took too long during busy times.
