The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Reception staff were friendly. Had everything I needed for a quick overnight stay.
It was a bit noisy and the walls were quite thin. I could hear the people in the room next door using the bathroom.

Location is excellent and they were very helpful looking after our bags as we were flying out later in the day.
I had specifically requested not to stay in the lower ground floor but was given a room there. The beds are very short - definitely not for tall people!

Great location, easy access to Waterloo and eateries
10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The location was very convenient being close to Waterloo station. The only facility that I used was the coffee machine at reception. I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the reception area but most importantly the friendly receptionist who was so welcoming and gave me good advice about where to find food and how to get back to the station.
Can’t think of anything negative
