Everything about this resort is just beautiful. The check in process was a breeze, the staff is so friendly and helpful and professional. All the food was great. Especially Ember restaurant. We had an especially large group and all the staff were so accommodating and the food was truly amazing. The manager Jose Luis came over to our table to make sure everything was to our liking. We were all so pleased . Can’t wait to come back .

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing staff! Only negative is that the pools are kept sooo hot! We would be burning up on a hot day and go to get in the pool and it felt like a hot tub

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very beautiful. A couple of the pools were closed for maintenance and during this timeframe the ocean has a lot of seaweed so that would be my only thing is watch for that part but it was such an amazing time and the lagoon they have their made up for not being able to go swim in the ocean.
