Very limited food options especially later in the evening as compared to some of your other resorts. Room service was not good. No way to distinguish between preferred guest on the breathless side where all of the amenities are and you don’t get the VIP experience. Maybe secrets side should have more things to offer. Check in was ok not the best. Overall not the best preferred experience.
