I dont even know where to start this was a 10/10 experience from the staff to the views. Such a beautiful place the staff was so nice and helpful even when I was leaving someone walked me all the way to the lancha and carried my luggage. The hotel looks 10 times better in person. And the views are surreal make sure you wake up early to catch the sunrise!

Would recommend to all! Gorgeous hotel. The outdoor bathroom was the highlight for me. Jacuzzi and pool overlooking the lake and views of the volcano were breathtaking. Close to the docks. Staff was very helpful.

Amazing stay! The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the mountain views were absolutely breathtaking. Everything was well maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere made our trip unforgettable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
