The room and bathroom

Overall it was a great experience

10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

I LOVED the pillows. Bed is very comfy! Room is spacious and bathroom too. Rooms have a terrace with view of the lake. Its near the lake and walking distance to everything.

Food at the restaurant was not that good. Nothing typical on menu.

Location

Too expensive for what they offfer. Personal is not very friendly nor helpful. They don’t respect “do not disturb” in the room They give only one key (card) per room per policy (?!), when we were 2 friends doing different programs, so I was requesting 7-8 times per day to open me the door, waiting in front of the room. Just for this is a reason for no returning. They are focus on internal policies not in tourist needs.
