Excellent hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Madison Square Garden and many attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Its location is great, elevators a bit slow but everything else was gray. Great free breakfast

Free breakfast was excellent. A good variety of hot food, pastries, cereals and bagels, coffees etc. When it’s busy it can go quick, but just like any hotel, anywhere with a breakfast buffet, just be patient and it will be replaced soon enough.
Hotel’s in a great location, literally less than a block from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. Can easily get the Air Train (via Jamaica station) to Penn Station very easily and just walk to the hotel from there. Save you a fortune in taxi fares. Can also walk to the Empire State in about 7 mins from the hotel or Times Square in about 20 Mins.
Hotels a little dated, but the Rooms were clean and beds very comfy. Air Con seems to blow either Artic Tundra or Hot air. Meant the room was usually cold at night but to be honest, when it’s 35 degrees in NYC and sweltering outside, think you’d probably want it that way.
All in all a great stay, in a nice hotel in a great location. Makes a good base for a few days in NYC, especially with a great breakfast included too.
