Close to everything. Great place.

The hotel is in a great location if visiting Madison Square Garden. The staff at the front desk were great. Loved that it is a Diet Coke place and that they had Greek Yogurt available. My only complaint would be the air conditioning not being strong. Our room was not hot but it never got cold and I like it very cold at night. Ladies who need lighted mirrors for make up pack one. Lighting not great for that.

This hotel was good, very clean and convenient. The only improvement would be to the bathroom. There was no counter space to put our stuff which was challenging with four people.

First trip to NYC and this hotel was perfect! Nice location and within walking distance to Times Square and Empire State Building. We walked to hotel from Penn Station with our luggage which wasn’t too bad.
Room was clean but felt the shower could have been cleaned better. Although our room wasn’t ready at check-in, the staff were very apologetic and offered us drinks while we waited. They also helped us call a car service to the airport when our Uber driver was a no show. We would definitely stay here again.
