We had a terrific time at Lost Paradise. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and gave us a complimentary room upgrade upon our arrival. It is a vibrant tropical property and we loved watching birds and monkeys on our private patio. Great breakfasts at Biru Biru.

The layout of the resort is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The view from myroom was stunning
The food at the restaurant is great but a very limited selection. Without a car it is a bit difficult to get around and explore. Also the room set up was a little awkward with no bed lamps only bright overhead lights controlled by a switch at the door across the room. The bed was ok but the pillows were terrible. They changed them out for softer ones on request.
Overall there was a lot to like about the resort especially if you have a car

Parking is tight. They have a restaunt with limited menu. NO beer. Great pool.
