I like the cosy room n facilities. The bed is comfortable n pillows too. There is a balcony so that can enjoy the seaview.Breakfast is ok with Malaysian food like nasi lemak n mee goreng.Food tastes good. Can see the sea while breakfast..wonderful seaview.Staff is friendly.I got parking on site for my oku brother.n elderly mom. There is a shop selling mineral water, snacks n ice cream etc.in the hotel.Hotel is near town n eateries.
I wish for a connecting room but I didnt get.The family suite has only 1 bathroom .not convenient for us.So I have no choice but to book 2 rooms with 2 toilets.

Very good location, was very relaxing. Included breakfast buffet was nice and staff were very accommodating. Despite the age of the room it seems renovations were made regardless and for the most part it was worth the money. It was very spacious and the multiple balconies and view were a plus. There was also a small living room area with comfortable seats. The washroom was great, the shower gives you the option to either sit down or stand up. The hawker center across the street is also a huge plus. The pillows are comfortable so much so they were selling them in the lobby.
The room we got is in big need of repairs. The sliding door to the master bedroom is falling apart with panel peeling away from the actual door. There was multiple times the power went out due to maintenance, but we were never notified... it would have made a huge difference if we were notified as I had decided to go downstairs to the front desk to ask about the power failure. The TV was pretty spotty and only was able to properly connect to channels in Malay. The Wi-Fi was genuinely terrible, so much so that I ended up nearly exceeding my phone data usage since the internet was so slow. The lack of laundry service is a little dissapointing but not a dealbreaker.
