Very clean, quiet down the back, split unit in our room was effective and warm. It was freezing but toasty in our room. Both rooms either side of us were occupied but we did not hear them. An opportunity to improve would be the bathroom - there is a permanent small gap for ventilation in the wide window. When it's 2 degrees outside it is very bracing and certainly builds character as you use the facility.
Everything else with the room, front desk staff, check in process to the toasty room. Oh and car spaces are more than adequate.
We were able to walk to breakfast and dinner, with great selections surrounding the hotel. It is actually very well placed. And I actually live the way the rooms are built all around the pool and BBQ areas. Clever.

The only complaint I have, and it is quite petty 😋, is there was no electric blanket. I told you it was petty. I was warm enough, but had the heater on more than I prefer

Great bed, great shower, lovely grounds, not noisy. I don’t understand why there is a toaster in the room but no plate or knife. Wine glasses would be nice. Overall it is a great place.
