Room was clean and comfortable. linen fresh.
Inexpensive and in a good location for our needs.
We were visiting The Shepparton Art Gallety for The Archibald prize Exhibition and were very impressed with the whole gallery precinct and the surrounding gardens and walk tracks.
Bathroom tap was wobbly but still worked.
Security chain on door was not secure, hair tie to attach to door knob!!
Outside lawns weren't mown and gardens full of large weeds.
Because there was a group of us it would have been nice to have a few chairs around the outside table for us to congergate
Couch upholstry was torn.
Scuffed paintwork.
