I love the Hotel Icon because it is beautiful. One thing I love is the bathroom with their oversized tubs. When we got to our room, we didn’t have a tub so I called and said we want a room with a tub. After a few minutes the operator told that would be an upgrade of 30.00. We’ve never had to pay that before.
Also valet parking is super expensive at $58.00 a night.
We will stay there again because it’s a beautiful hotel and convenient to get around. I wish they wouldn’t nickel and dime us to death.

Room and bathroom were spotless. Bed was excellent, very comfortable--linens and pillows were great and fresh. Bathroom towels were high quality like new. Lobby was great place to hang out, comfortable, large and quiet. Free breakfast was excellent with omelette station, fresh fruit, ect. Restaurant was very good and convenient. Location is best for downtown business travel.
