I was amazed by how large the rooms/loft is. Spacious and comfy. I had a great view and great location.

Loved the unique style.
Very quiet. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful building attendant. Equipped with everything we might need. Location was great and I loved that it was a historical property with an interesting history.
No dislikes at all.

It was a very nice property to stay at.
Unfortunately the communication with staff was very poor. I informed them the day we were arriving that unfortunately we would not be arriving until the next day due to flight delays caused by weather. They assured me there would be no issues and I could check in whenever we arrived. I was also told that they would put a note in the reservation that our arrival will be delayed. When we arrived they informed us that our reservation was canceled due to no show even though we contacted them the day prior. They were able to still give us our room but then charged me a no show cancellation fee even though I contacted them well ahead of time. When trying to contact them regarding this I was ignored
