Wonderful stay, clean rooms, and great pool amenities. Elevators were fast and worked during the busy times. Wish there were better, more affordable, and faster service restaurant options and more variety.

Lovely property that is well maintained. The most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Property adjoins the Ritz-Carlton and guests room cards work at either property. Pool area is more tranquil at the Ritz, but JW has lazy river. You can choose your preference. Would definitely stay there again.
