After staying three days in the Disney resort, we decided that we were going to use our platinum Busch Gardens/SeaWorld passes. After spending some time during research online, I choose your hotel because of proximity of SeaWorld and aquatica. We did utilize your shuttle to go over to the park but opted to just take an Uber back so that we could stay longer than your shuttle hours. We enjoyed the fact that you gave three free quick passes to us because we had season passes. We enjoyed the park during the day and my son enjoyed the big swimming pool practically to self why I lounge in the hot tub. We did visit the gym but a very short period of time. I also wanted to make sure that whatever hotel we stayed at offered some type of continental breakfast and love the fact that you offered a whole hot breakfast including turkey sausage my son enjoyed being able to make breakfast burritos in the morning time along with his own waffles. All of the staff was very helpful. I love the fact that she had a little store upfront open 24 hours versus of using vending machines. It was definitely more convenient being able to buy a 2 L soda versus buying multiple bottle drinks and the variety of snacks and big bags was a bonus too we enjoyed our nightly chocolate chip cookie when we went out to the pool and my son loved going to the basket and picking up a piece of candy as we had it back upstairs. I love the big work desk upstairs as I sat and worked on my computer check emails at nine.
I know that sofa beds are not always the most comfortable. The mattress sunk in the middle and I really thought it would’ve had some type of a mattress pad on it other than just the sheets in the closet. Luckily it was just my 13 year-old son sleeping on it and not someone that needed something more comfortable to sleep on. I tried to get him to just shut it back up and just put the sheet on the couch and sleep on it that way.

The location is good and convenient. Parking spots were available. Variety for breakfast. Beds were comfy.
Old furniture and carpet. Price for market items too expensive.

Very comfortable and clean, love the room.
What I didn't like is that you have to pay for parking separately from the stay.

The extra daily parking fees, the creepy elevator, over packed pool
