A lovely property in a great location in terms of the historical area of the city. A 15 minute walk to the centre. The venue itself was excellent but perhaps let down by most of the staff who appeared indifferent towards those staying. The pool area needs some work in terms of the umbrellas which were old and dangerous if the wind got up. The young men who handed out the towels and served drinks need to have their phones amputated so that they can focus on the paying guests.

Stunning hotel in a great location, view from the pool is like a postcard.
Breakfast is next level with an extremely high quality buffet with the option to also order hot food from a menu.
Couple of areas need improvement for this to be a truly 5 star hotel - bathrooms in the rooms, broken umbrellas by the pool and majority of staff are not rude but indifferent, there was a couple of exceptions to this however majority are indifferent. Additionally the boys that work at the pool bar are glued to their phones which isn’t helpful or a great look at a 5 star hotel

Beautiful location overlooking the Cathedral and a short walk into town where there is an abundance of bars and restaurants. The whole property is beautiful and well well maintained. Would absolutely visit again.

Great hotel. Kudos for the matress. The pool has a stunning view on Salamanque and the breakfast was trully exceptional.
The restaurant was nice, but the best part was the wine list, very good choices (a Rioja 2010 I will remember for the price you would find it in wine stores, crazy).
Love that short stay with my family.
