We stayed two nights, the room was a little bit small, but not too much to complain, and slightly noisy, insulation could be improved. Position is excellent, centrally located, few minutes away from everywhere, even walking distance from La Alamedilla train station. Staff is great, very helpful and extremely kind and a good source of information. All room amenities working good, comfortable beds. Breakfast was a tad disappointing.
Breakfast can be improved, not the best quality of food.

The location was superb, near all the main tourist attractions including the Cathedral and Plaza Mayor.. The staff was all very helpful too.
There so no proper window and the only view was onto a grimy airshaft. Everything was clean but the rooms could do with being refreshed.

Excellent location. Walk out the door and you are in the middle of the old town. Very quiet and friendly hotel. Staff were all friendly, efficient and helpful. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable and clean.
