The staff made all the difference

The place is very clean an staff is good in most of the areas, security staff is a bit rude and don't work with the client experience. They offer premium drinks when they don't have premium drinks, so be aware of that. but overall good price, clean food is good and staff at the front desk and in the bar are amazing

Overall, the property was well maintained, and the staff was courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Prior to arrival, I had some concerns regarding the dining experience due to several negative reviews; however, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at both the buffet and the hibachi restaurant. In contrast, the Italian restaurant did not meet my expectations.
Regarding the VIP upgrade, I did not find it to be a worthwhile investment. The exclusive pool and VIP areas were relatively small, and the snack bar offered essentially the same food selections available throughout the rest of the resort. As a result, the additional cost did not provide a level of value or exclusivity that justified the premium price.
