The hotel is well located, so we were able to walk around till late at night to the restaurants and bars around. The check in went smoothly. The tv did not work when we arrived, but they quickly resolved it. We had the beachfront suit, with an amazing view. The room was very big, with a living area and a kitchen. The breakfast was good. It was nice to have parking, even though parking around would have been easy. We did not go to the beach as it seemed a bit rough.
On the pics it seems like the hotel is on the beach, but there is a street in between, with lots of traffic and a bit chaotic. There are lots of stray dogs in the area, which also walk around the hotel. They also roam around the restaurant for breakfast and everything smelled like wet dog. I ended up ordering my breakfast to go both days.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments and it was great. The apartment was very big, very nice and well-equipped. The hotel is very original and it is very well located.

the concept/idea of the boat style was nice and the breakfast at Panaria was excellent. the location is good near by restaurants and shops and beach. staff is helpful and friendly.
the hotel needs a lot of maintenance the pool is missing a lot of tiles. we had no tv for 4 days apparently issue with the box and the internet is very slow. we had bad luck as we had a plumping problem in one of the bathrooms.
