The water pressure in Room 701 is low, making it uncomfortable to shower. This needs to be fixed for the next guests.

We had a fantastic stay at Bella Premier Hotel & Rooftop Skybar during our visit to Hanoi. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street, markets, restaurants, and all the major attractions on foot.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with recommendations and travel arrangements. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day.
A special mention to the rooftop area, which offered a wonderful atmosphere to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hospitality and service throughout our stay were exceptional.
Thank you to the entire team at Bella Premier Hotel & Rooftop Skybar for making our Hanoi stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again.

Great staff truly, great service, everyone is polite, helpful, smily, something rare in Hanoi plus they have a great breakfast, you can do western or Asian, try the mango pancakes (more like crepes) they're amazing! I didn't like the tub next to the partition wall, soap goes behind the tub and no way to properly clean around it, a weird smell comes out when you're showering cause the water goes behind it :/
