Stayed here for one night as was transiting from Sapa to Ha Long bay - service was incredible by the Staff, so amazing! Served its purpose as I arrived 9pm and left 7.30am and just wanted something cheap for the short stay
Beds were uncomfortable & pillows were poor quality
Dated hotel but expected that for the price

The staff were attentive, warm and polite. They were helpful in guiding about going around city and took extra care for early check in as well. The location is well connected and along the street are quite a few cafes and eateries. Overall a great place to stay when in Hanoi. Definitely booking it for my next visit!

Words do not suffice for the amazing experience I had at this hostel. It was my second time in here.
The staff is simply superb. The receptionists, the cleansers and staff in general was so lovely, always with a smiling face a a genuine concern in knowing how my day had gone and if there was anything that could be provided in order to make my life simpler.
The receptionists were beyond amazing and loving.
I’ll certainly come there again year.
I highly recommend it.
PS: my room was to die for. Super beautiful, big and immaculately decorated and clean.
A special thank you to all the receptionists.
Breakfast: gorgeous!!!
Nothing at all.

it's great but it doesn't look like the pictures at all. Really nice staff.
the room was not like the pictures. Nowhere to really hang out. Just a quiet bed for sleep
