My stay was good overall, but I did not have the all-inclusive package. One evening, I paid for my dinner out of pocket and was disappointed when I was told, in an unpleasant manner, that even a single glass of Coca-Cola with ice was not included; I understand the policy, but I believe offering one complimentary glass as a gesture of hospitality would have been appreciated.
