I would like to share my experience during our stay at the hotel. I was on vacation with my daughters to celebrate one of their birthdays, and we had such a wonderful time.
Katy welcomed us to the hotel and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and empathetic. You can truly tell that she cares about the guests and takes pride in her work.
I would like to sincerely thank Katy for her kindness and for making our stay even more special. She is a very dedicated employee and a wonderful example of how guests should be treated. We truly appreciated everything she did for us!
