Was a good time. Nice place to visit.

Staff were attentive. The pathways between each resort was amazing. This allowed access to sister properties without having to walk in the sand to get there. Staff, although attentive, were not as friendly and inviting as other RIU properties we"ve stayed at. Additionally, excursions and transfers booked through destination travel were not as promised. Transfer to and from the airport was awful. Pick up at arrival, we were made to walk a quarter mile to reach the bus because the bus couldn't get to the pickup point due to congestion. Our luggage and our feet were filthy by the time we reached the bus having to drag our luggage through rocks and dirt to get where the bus was. Pickup at departure they were late. We were scheduled for pickup to arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to our flight. We got there only 2 hours before our flight was to depart. By the time we got through the check in/immigration process, our flight was boarding.
