We LOVE Riu properties. Have visited several other locations.
Our personal opinion is
1) Entertainment needs improvement. It was too dry… boring at times.
2) Extend pool and restaurant hours from at least 30 minutes to one hour.
3) ATM in lobby.
4) Rotation of buffet menu items. It’s difficult to spend more than 2 days eating same items repeatedly.

Excellent installation, the hotel staff in general very attentive, qualified, and always willing to provide good service. I would like to thank the security staff for all their help during an incident involving me; they responded 100%. I would love to visit them again.

The property was beautiful its the resort it self only catered to adults and little kids. Nothing for teenagers!! The water park was too far. The spa jacuzzi was not good at all. The pool activities were only for adults and lil ones. They don't keep on top of keeping the pool area clean. Last but not least if you're hispanic and don't speak Spanish they treat you differently!!!!!! They made me feel stupid with my broken done Puerto Rican Spanish.
