This is a beautiful and luxurious hotel. The breakfast was great and outdoor pool a treat. The price reflects the luxury and great location.

My experience in this hotel is amazing, everything is perfect from the place itself to the staff. The pool and garden are beautiful. However, the breakfast foods didn’t suit me, maybe because I’m asian. And I did experience issue when doing the check out, I did try call to the reception multiple times to ask if someone could come to help me with the luggage but no calls were replied, so I ask cleaners ( 2 cleaners, each one I waited for 30 minutes) outside to check this out for me, I was waiting for more than an hour but nobody came. So I had to carry the luggage by myself. This is the only issue I had.

a truly outstanding Hotel in every respect. If they could improve the check-in and check-out experience - even better. With only two people at reception, it is a shame that we had to queue on arrival and again to leave. Other than that - we loved it
