Free coffee and drinks were very nice, AC worked well and you could actually control the temperature. No complaints, would stay again.
Location is a bit outside the main part of the city but located very close to tram so it wasn't a big deal.

Everything was good but the quality of the breakfast could be much better. Cooked breakfast was dry and lacked flavour. No cheese to be found anywhere.
